JMC Asset Management (“JMCAM”), a New York based investment management firm, is launching a new UCITS fund, the JMCAM US Equity Fund (the “Fund”). The Fund will replicate JMCAM’s existing long-only US equity strategy, which uses the Russell 3000 total return index as benchmark. The strategy invests primarily in a portfolio of mid and large capitalisation stocks and is based on JMCAM’s unique approach to stock selection.

Following the successful
launch of the Airlie Select U.S. High Yield Fund on 26th February 2013 on the
Independent UCITS Platform, over US$ 80 million has been raised from an initial
group of founder investors.
The Airlie Select U.S. High Yield Fund (“the Fund”) was launched on 26 February 2013 on the Independent UCITS Platform. The Fund launch is sponsored by Spring Capital Partners Limited, the distributor for the Fund.
The PFS Prodigy Asia Emerging Markets Fund (“the UK Fund”), a UK UCITS fund and sub-fund of the PFS Prodigy Capital Partners Fund, was successfully merged into the Prodigy Asia & Emerging Markets Fund (the “Luxembourg Fund”), a sub-fund of the Independent UCITS Platform, the brand name of a Luxembourg SICAV.
Simultaneous with the launch of the Independent UCITS Platform, the Prodigy Asia & Emerging Markets Fund (“the Fund”) was re-launched as a Luxembourg UCITS fund. The Fund will invest in emerging market equities with a focus on Asia.

SICAV launched on 4 September 2012. The Platform was created from the
re-domiciliation of a Cayman based fund.
